The Pushcart Prize Volume XLVII

Stonecoast Review is excited to announce Nancy Connors’ poem “To Cig­a­rettes”  has been select­ed to appear in The Push­cart Prize Volume XLVII (2023 edition), sched­uled for pub­li­ca­tion in November.

“To Cig­a­rettes” was orig­i­nal­ly pub­lished in Stonecoast Review Issue 14.

Con­grat­u­la­tions to Nancy Connors on this incred­i­ble achieve­ment. We’d also like to con­grat­u­late Katrina Ray-Saulis, who was the editor of Stonecoast Review Issue 14.

Poetry has a rich tra­di­tion at Stonecoast, with its faculty having won the Kings­ley Tuft Poetry Award, the Kate Tuft Dis­cov­ery Award, the Yale Younger Poets Prize, Guggen­heim Fel­low­ships, and having been final­ists for the Nation­al Book Award and the Pulitzer Prize.
